CERTIFICATION/EDUCATION
Hallmark Chapter hosts a variety of seminars, workshops and educational forums featuring both internal and external speakers. We have the unique opportunity to use these venues to support our members and all admins at Hallmark by offering updates and training on software and programs that are specific to the work we do at Hallmark. Many of these assist members in obtaining CAPĀ® certification and recertification.
CHAPTER LIBRARY
A chapter library is located within the corporate Research Library at Hallmark headquarters. It is a valuable resource for books, tapes, CD's, and CAP certification and recertification materials.
MENTORING PROGRAM
Hallmark Chapter offers a mentoring program for new administrative professionals at Hallmark Cards. The mentoring program helps new administrative assistants build a network of supportive relationships and increases their career satisfaction. Chapter members volunteer to become mentors for this program.
